LR-17
TREM-1 Inhibitor
LR-17 is a TREM-1 inhibitor, specifically a 17-amino acid peptide derived from TLT-1 (94-110). It exhibits significant anti-inflammatory properties by decreasing the secretion of pro-inflammatory cytokines triggered by lipopolysaccharides (LPS). This reagent is particularly useful for research into sepsis and other inflammatory conditions.
