LS-170

YEATS2 YEATS Inhibitor

LS-170 is a selective inhibitor of the YEATS2 YEATS domain, exhibiting an IC50 value of 0.14 μM. This compound effectively reduces chromatin occupancy of the Ada-two-A-containing (ATAC) complex, leading to decreased histone acetylation and downregulation of ATAC-regulated gene expression. In preclinical studies, LS-170 has demonstrated the ability to suppress tumor growth in models of non-small cell lung cancer. This makes LS-170 a valuable tool for investigating the role of YEATS2 in cancer biology and potential therapeutic applications.
