GAT1 selective inhibitor
LU-32-176B is a selective inhibitor of the GABA transporter 1 (GAT1), demonstrating potential in the modulation of GABAergic signaling. This compound exhibits a synergistic anticonvulsant effect when used in combination with the GAT2 inhibitor EF1502.
