IRAP Inhibitor

LVV-hemorphin-7 is a selective inhibitor of insulin-regulated aminopeptidase (IRAP), demonstrating IC50 values of 17.6 nM in sheep adrenal IRAP and 5.0 nM in sheep cerebellum IRAP. This compound effectively inhibits the catalytic activity of IRAP, leading to stimulation of DNA synthesis.
