EDPs/EBP Inhibitor

LXJ-02 is a potent inhibitor of EDPs/EBP peptide-protein interactions, exhibiting a KD value of 117 μM for EDPs. This compound enhances the macrophage-MMP-12 axis, leading to increased expression of MMP-12 and subsequent degradation of extracellular matrix components such as elastin.
