LYP-IN-1
LYP Inhibitor
LYP-IN-1 is a selective and potent inhibitor of lymphoid tyrosine phosphatase (LYP), demonstrating a Ki of 110 nM and an IC50 of 0.259 μM. It exhibits additional activity against SHP1 (IC50=5 μM) and SHP2 (IC50=2.5 μM), making it a valuable tool for investigating LYP-related pathways. LYP-IN-1 shows significant efficacy in T- and mast cell activities, making it suitable for research into autoimmune disorders. Additionally, as a click chemistry reagent containing an alkyne group, it can participate in copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition (CuAAc) with azide-containing molecules.
