Lys-Bradykinin

Kallidin

Lys-Bradykinin is a potent peptide and a key ligand for bradykinin receptors, derived from kininogen through the enzymatic action of kallikrein. This compound acts as a vasodilator, promoting the widening of blood vessels and enhancing blood flow. Its biological activity extends to stimulating net sodium influx and facilitating DNA synthesis, making Lys-Bradykinin relevant for studies in vascular regulation, inflammation, and pain signaling pathways.
