UBE2T inhibitor
M435-1279 is a UBE2T inhibitor that suppresses hyperactivation of the Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway by preventing UBE2T-mediated degradation of RACK1. This mechanism positions M435-1279 as a potential therapeutic candidate for diseases driven by aberrant Wnt/β-catenin signaling.
