MAPK Inhibitor
MAPK-IN-2 is a highly potent MAPK inhibitor that exhibits significant antineoplastic activity. This compound effectively suppresses cancer cell proliferation across various cancer cell lines by targeting the MAPK signaling pathway, demonstrating IC50 values of 281 nM for EGFRWT, 205 nM for c-MET, 112 nM for B-RAFWT, and 95 nM and 184 nM for CDK4/6. Additionally, MAPK-IN-2 shows remarkable efficacy against mutated forms of EGFR and B-RAF, with IC50 values of 69 nM for EGFRT790M and 83 nM for B-RAFV600E, making it a valuable tool for cancer research and therapeutic studies.
