ABCG2 Inhibitor

MBL-II-141 is a potent inhibitor of the ABCG2 transporter, demonstrating an IC50 of 0.11 μM. This compound inhibits the transport function of ABCG2 in a non-competitive manner, effectively preventing the efflux of substrates, such as irinotecan, and enhancing the intracellular accumulation of therapeutic agents. Notably, MBL-II-141 does not affect ABCB1 (P-gp) or ABCC1 (MRP1) and exhibits minimal cytotoxicity with an IG50 greater than 100 μM. This reagent is valuable for investigating multidrug resistance in cancer research.
