MC-Val-Cit-PAB-Exatecan

Drug-Linker Conjugate

MC-Val-Cit-PAB-Exatecan is a drug-linker conjugate designed for use in antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs). This compound comprises the DNA topoisomerase I inhibitor DX-8951, which exerts cytotoxic effects by interfering with DNA replication and transcription. The inclusion of a cathepsin-cleavable linker allows for selective release of the cytotoxic payload within target cells, enhancing therapeutic efficacy in cancer research applications. This reagent serves as a valuable tool for the development and optimization of ADCs in preclinical studies.
