MC4033
KAT8 Inhibitor
MC4033 is a selective inhibitor of KAT8, demonstrating significant biological activity in various cancer cell lines. The compound exhibits IC50 values of 39.4 μM in HCT116, 52.1 μM in H1299, 41 μM in A549, and 30.1 μM in U937 cells. Additionally, MC4033 effectively reduces histone H4 acetylation at lysine 16 (H4K16Ac) levels in HT29 cells following a 72-hour treatment, highlighting its potential utility in epigenetic research and therapeutic applications.
