MCC1019
PLK1 PBD Inhibitor
MCC1019 is a selective inhibitor of the Polo-like kinase 1 (PLK1) phosphopeptide-binding domain (PBD), exhibiting an IC50 of 16.4 μmol/L. This compound effectively inactivates the AKT signaling pathway in cancer cells, leading to the induction of apoptosis, necroptosis, and autophagy.
