MDH1/2-IN-1
MDH1/2 Inhibitor
MDH1/2-IN-1 is a selective inhibitor of MDH1 and MDH2, exhibiting IC50 values of 1.07 μM and 1.06 μM, respectively. This compound disrupts mitochondrial respiration and inhibits the HIF-1α signaling pathway, leading to significant anti-tumor effects. MDH1/2-IN-1 represents a promising tool for investigating cancer metabolism and may contribute to the development of novel therapeutic strategies in oncology research.
