Mefenidil
Cerebral Vasodilator
Mefenidil is a selective cerebral vasodilator that operates independently of beta-adrenergic blockade. It demonstrates a significant ability to enhance cerebral blood flow, particularly in comparison to systemic blood flow, as observed in non-human primate studies.
