MEISi-1
MEIS1 Inhibitor
MEISi-1 is a selective inhibitor of the MEIS1 homeodomain protein, targeting its binding domain to disrupt MEIS1-mediated transcription. This small molecule has been shown to significantly inhibit luciferase reporter gene activity containing MEIS binding sites (TGACAG) and promotes self-renewal of both mouse and human hematopoietic stem cells in vitro and in vivo. MEISi-1 is applicable in research areas including hematologic disorders, cardiac regeneration, and cancer biology.
