MG-T-19
TIM-3 Inhibitor
MG-T-19 is a selective TIM-3 inhibitor that disrupts the interaction between TIM-3 and its ligands, including PtdSer, CEACAM1, and Gal-9. This compound promotes the production of pro-inflammatory cytokines, such as tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) and interferon-γ (IFN-γ), in peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) derived from healthy donors. Additionally, MG-T-19 enhances the capacity of PBMCs to inhibit the proliferation of Kasumi-1 cells, providing valuable insights for research in immunotherapy and acute myelogenous leukemia.
