MGH-CP1
TEAD2/4 Auto-palmitoylation Inhibitor
MGH-CP1 is a potent inhibitor of TEAD2 and TEAD4 auto-palmitoylation, exhibiting IC50 values of 710 nM and 672 nM, respectively. This compound effectively reduces palmitoylation levels of both endogenous and ectopically expressed TEAD proteins in cellular systems. MGH-CP1 has been shown to repress Myc expression, inhibit epithelial over-proliferation, and promote apoptosis, especially in conjunction with Lats1/2 deletion. This makes it a valuable tool for research on cellular growth regulation and related pathways.
