MI-2-2
menin-MLL Inhibitor
MI-2-2 is a potent inhibitor of the menin-MLL interaction. It exhibits low nanomolar binding affinity to menin (Kd=22 nM), effectively disrupting the bivalent protein-protein interaction essential for MLL leukemogenesis. MI-2-2 demonstrates significant biological activity in MLL leukemia cells, characterized by inhibition of cellular proliferation, down-regulation of Hoxa9 expression, and promotion of differentiation.
