Menin-MLL1 Interaction Inhibitor
MI-3454 is a potent and selective inhibitor of the menin-MLL1 interaction, exhibiting an IC50 of 0.51 nM. This compound effectively inhibits cellular proliferation and induces differentiation in leukemic cells, leading to complete remission or regression of leukemia in murine models specifically associated with MLL1 rearrangements and NPM1 mutations.
