Miclxin

MIC60 Inhibitor

Miclxin (DS37262926) is a potent inhibitor of MIC60, a key component of the mitochondrial contact site and cristae organizing system (MICOS) complex. By specifically targeting mutant β-catenin, Miclxin activates β-catenin-dependent apoptosis and induces significant mitochondrial dysfunction, characterized by loss of mitochondrial membrane integrity. This reagent is useful for research applications focused on Wnt signaling pathway modulation and its implications in tumor biology.
