MG53-IRS-1 Interaction Disruptor
MID-1 is an MG53-IRS-1 interaction disruptor. It inhibits the association between MG53 and IRS-1, resulting in the prevention of MG53-mediated IRS-1 ubiquitination and degradation in skeletal muscle.
