Migrastatin

Fascin1 Inhibitor

Migrastatin is a potent inhibitor of Fascin1, a crucial protein involved in actin bundling and cellular motility. Isolated from the cultured broth of Streptomyces sp. MK929-43F1, Migrastatin effectively inhibits tumor cell migration, making it a valuable compound for studying metastasis and cell motility. Its use in research applications includes investigations into cancer biology and the development of therapeutic strategies targeting tumor progression.
