MIND4

SIRT2 Inhibitor

MIND4 is a selective SIRT2 inhibitor known for its neuroprotective properties. This thiozoline compound also functions as an inducer and activator of the nuclear factor NRF2, promoting antioxidant responses. MIND4 effectively induces NRF2 activation in both neuronal and non-neuronal cells, leading to a decrease in reactive oxygen and nitrogen species production. This makes MIND4 a valuable tool for research focusing on neuroprotection and oxidative stress responses.
