Miro1 Reducer

Miro1 Reducer

Miro1 Reducer is a small molecule designed to decrease Miro1 protein levels, thereby targeting the underlying defects associated with Parkinson's disease. It effectively reduces the delayed mitophagy phenotype observed in fibroblasts derived from patients with Parkinson's disease in a dose-dependent manner, with an IC50 value of 7.8 mM. This compound is valuable for research into the mechanisms of mitophagy and the pathophysiology of neurodegenerative disorders.
