Mirvetuximab soravtansine (solution)

Mirvetuximab soravtansine is an antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) that targets folate receptor alpha (FRα) through the humanized monoclonal antibody M9346A, which is linked to the cytotoxic maytansinoid DM4 via the sulfo-SPDB linker. This compound exhibits potent anti-proliferative activity by inducing cell cycle arrest and enhancing DNA damage in FRα-expressing tumors. It is primarily utilized in cancer research to investigate therapeutic strategies for malignancies that overexpress folate receptors.
