PAM complex Inhibitor
MitoBloCK-10 is a selective inhibitor of the protein-associated motor (PAM) complex, targeting the binding of Tim44's C-terminal domain to precursors and Hsp70. This modulation results in the attenuation of PAM complex activity, making it a valuable tool for investigating mitochondrial protein translocation and related mechanisms. MitoBloCK-10 is useful in studies examining mitochondrial dynamics, chaperone function, and cellular stress responses.
