MitoBloCK-6
Erv1/ALR Inhibitor
MitoBloCK-6 is a potent inhibitor of Erv1/ALR, exhibiting IC50 values of 900 nM and 700 nM, respectively, along with additional activity against Erv2 (IC50 = 1.4 μM). This compound induces apoptosis through cytochrome c release and has demonstrated inhibitory effects on the growth of developing zebrafish motor neurons. Furthermore, MitoBloCK-6 exhibits anticancer activity, making it a valuable reagent for research in liver cancer and leukemia.
