ML-T7
Tim-3 Inhibitor
ML-T7 is a specific inhibitor of T cell immunoglobulin and mucin domain-containing protein 3 (Tim-3), effectively blocking its interactions with phosphatidylserine (PtdSer) and carcinoembryonic antigen-related cell adhesion molecule 1 (CEACAM1). This compound enhances antitumor activity in both cytotoxic T lymphocyte (CTL) and CAR T cell therapies, while also improving T cell effector functions. Additionally, ML-T7 augments the natural killer (NK) cell-mediated cytotoxicity against tumor cells and enhances dendritic cell (DC) antigen presentation. Its direct antitumor efficacy in preclinical models supports its potential use in tumor immunotherapy research.
