mGlu3 Modulator
ML337 is a selective negative allosteric modulator of the metabotropic glutamate receptor 3 (mGlu3), exhibiting an IC50 value of 593 nM. This compound demonstrates effective brain penetration and possesses a favorable drug metabolism and pharmacokinetics (DMPK) profile. Furthermore, ML337 serves as a click chemistry reagent, containing an alkyne group capable of undergoing copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition (CuAAC) with azide-containing molecules.
