SKN-1 Inhibitor
ML358 is a potent and selective inhibitor of the SKN-1 pathway, with an IC50 value of 0.24 μM. This compound sensitizes the model organism Caenorhabditis elegans to oxidative stress and enhances the effects of anthelmintic agents. ML358 is of interest for research applications aimed at increasing the effectiveness and longevity of existing anthelmintics.
