MLKL-IN-6 is a potent inhibitor of Mixed Lineage Kinase domain-like (MLKL), demonstrating significant anti-necrotic properties. This compound effectively halts MLKL phosphorylation and oligomerization, thereby preventing cellular necrosis and mitigating immune cell death. Additionally, MLKL-IN-6 reduces the expression of adhesion factors, displays low cytotoxicity, and inhibits hepatic stellate cell activation, contributing to the reduction of liver fibrosis markers and showcasing its anti-fibrotic potential in research applications.
