Anti-tumor Agent
MLS-2064 is a 3'-substituted 7-haloindirubin recognized for its anti-tumor activity. This compound induces caspase-independent cell death in a dose-dependent manner across various human cancer cell lines. MLS-2064 exhibits minimal inhibitory effects on CDK1 and CDK5 kinases, with only weak inhibition of GSK-3 kinase (IC50: 5 μM). It is a valuable tool for research focused on cancer types such as colon, breast, lung, prostate, liver, and neuroblastoma.
