MM927
NVL Inhibitor
MM927 is a potent NVL inhibitor with an IC50 of 0.053 μM, effectively blocking 60S ribosomal subunit biogenesis within the nucleolus. This compound induces half-mer polysomes and promotes cell cycle arrest at both the G1/S and G2/M checkpoints, leading to apoptosis in various cell lines. Demonstrating significant antitumor activity, MM927 shows efficacy in MOLM-13 acute myeloid leukemia (AML) and HCT116 colorectal cancer (CRC) xenograft models, making it a valuable tool for cancer research.
