MP-1
Anti-cancer Agent
MP-1 is a potent anti-cancer agent targeting fumarate hydratase. It interacts with various functional cysteines, including those within the Zn-finger domain of the tRNA methyltransferase enzyme TRMT1. MP-1 induces synthetic lethality in metastatic hereditary leiomyomatosis and renal cell carcinoma cell lines, making it a valuable tool for cancer research and therapeutic exploration.
