MPP dihydrochloride

ER Modulator

MPP dihydrochloride is a potent and selective estrogen receptor (ER) modulator. It induces significant apoptosis in endometrial cancer and oLE cell lines while also reversing the positive effects of beta-estradiol. Additionally, MPP dihydrochloride exhibits mixed agonist and antagonist activity on murine uterine ERalpha in vivo, making it a valuable tool for research applications in cancer biology and hormone receptor signaling.
