MRT-92
Smo Antagonist
MRT-92 is a potent antagonist of the Smoothened (Smo) receptor, with a Ki of 0.7 nM. It effectively inhibits the Hedgehog signaling pathway and suppresses rodent cerebellar granule cell proliferation, demonstrated by an IC50 of 0.4 nM. This compound is valuable for research applications related to cerebellar glioma and other conditions influenced by Hedgehog pathway modulation.
