MS-322

Muscle Relaxant

MS-322 is an orally active centrally acting muscle relaxant that primarily targets spinal reflex pathways. It dose-dependently inhibits spinal reflex potentials, reduces neuronal excitability, and decreases muscle afferent discharges in animal models. MS-322 exhibits relatively weak inhibitory effects on other central nervous system pathways and does not affect neuromuscular junction transmission, making it a useful compound for studying muscle relaxation mechanisms and related neurological research applications.
