MS7829

cGAS Activator

MS7829 is a deubiquitinase-targeting chimera (DUBTAC) designed to activate cyclic GMP-AMP synthase (cGAS). By recruiting OTUB1 and covalently binding to it, MS7829 enhances cGAS protein stability and promotes activation of the cGAS-STING-IRF3 innate immune signaling pathway in an OTUB1-dependent manner. This reagent is valuable for cancer-related research, particularly in studies focusing on innate immunity and tumor microenvironment interactions.
