Rhabdoviruses Inhibitor

MSRV-IN-1 is a potent inhibitor specifically targeting rhabdoviruses, including MSRV, SVCV, and IHNV. With IC50 values of 0.92 μM, 2.92 μM, and 2.78 μM respectively, it disrupts viral replication by altering the cell cycle arrest induced by the virus, creating an unfavorable environment for replication. Intraperitoneal administration at 20 mg/kg notably enhances the survival rate of largemouth bass infected with MSRV by 35.98% while effectively reducing viral loads in critical organs such as the liver, spleen, and kidney. This compound is valuable for researching rhabdovirus-related diseases in aquaculture.
