MTOB sodium
CtBP Dehydrogenase Inhibitor
MTOB sodium is a selective inhibitor of C-terminal binding proteins (CtBP1 and CtBP2). It effectively mitigates neurologic dysfunction and neuroinflammation resulting from repetitive head injuries through the inhibition of CtBP transactivation activity. Additionally, MTOB sodium disrupts the transcriptional regulatory functions of CtBP1 and CtBP2 by displacing them from target promoters, demonstrating significant potential for applications in breast cancer research.
