MU1210
Inhibitor of CDC-like kinases
MU1210 is a potent inhibitor of CDC-like kinases Clk1, Clk2, and Clk4, exhibiting IC50 values of 8 nM, 20 nM, and 12 nM, respectively. Additionally, it inhibits HIPK1 and DYRK2 with IC50 values of 187 nM and 1309 nM. This compound demonstrates favorable pharmacokinetic properties in mouse models, with a maximum concentration (Cmax) of 1.24 μM and a half-life (T1/2) of 58 minutes following a 10 mg/kg intraperitoneal injection, while showing no acute toxicity. MU1210 serves as a valuable tool for investigating the role of CDC-like kinases in various biological processes and disease states.
