MurA-IN-1
PTPRR Inhibitor
MurA-IN-1 is a potent inhibitor of the protein tyrosine phosphatase receptor type R (PTPRR), exhibiting an IC50 value of 0.09 μM for PTPRR, as well as inhibitory effects against PTP1B, PTPN5, and PTPN7 with IC50 values of 0.23 μM, 0.8 μM, and 0.75 μM, respectively. This compound is valuable for studying the role of MAPK-specific protein tyrosine phosphatases in various biological processes. MurA-IN-1 can be utilized in research focusing on signal transduction pathways and their implications in cellular regulation and disease mechanisms.
