MuRF1 Inhibitor
MuRF1-IN-1 is a potent inhibitor of the muscle RING-finger protein-1 (MuRF1), a key regulator of muscle atrophy. By disrupting the interaction between MuRF1 and titin, as well as inhibiting its E3 ligase activity, MuRF1-IN-1 demonstrates a significant capability to mitigate skeletal muscle atrophy. This compound is particularly valuable for research into cardiac cachexia and other conditions associated with muscle wasting.
