MYC Inhibitor

MYC-IN-4 is a potent inhibitor of MYC, targeting the MYC/MAX protein-protein interaction with an IC50 of 3.06 μM. This reagent effectively inhibits MYC-driven aberrant proliferation in PC-3 prostate cancer cells, exhibiting an IC50 of 0.440 μM. Notably, MYC-IN-4 demonstrates significant antitumor efficacy in FVB mice bearing Myc-CaP prostate tumor allografts. This compound is valuable for researching mechanisms underlying prostate cancer and evaluating therapeutic strategies.
