MZ-101
GYS1 Inhibitor
MZ-101 is a potent and selective inhibitor of glycogen synthase 1 (GYS1), displaying an IC50 value of 0.041 µM. This orally active small molecule effectively reduces glycogen levels in both cellular models and murine systems.
