FPR1 Antagonist

N-19004 is a potent FPR1 antagonist that exhibits broad-spectrum antibacterial activity against various pathogens. Additionally, it demonstrates significant neuroprotective effects in the rd10 mouse model of retinitis pigmentosa by attenuating retinal dysfunction, mitigating rod and cone degeneration, and reducing immune cell activation and inflammation. N-19004 further promotes edema absorption and reduces the size of laser-induced choroidal lesions through its dual anti-inflammatory and anti-angiogenic properties. This compound is valuable for research into retinal degenerative diseases, particularly retinitis pigmentosa.
