N1-Methyl-GTP

GTP Analog

N1-Methyl-GTP is a nucleotide analog of GTP that primarily targets RNA triphosphatase. Exhibiting a half-maximal inhibitory concentration of 8.1 μM and an inhibition constant of 1.5 μM against yeast RTPase, it serves as an effective probe for investigating the structural dynamics of the active site. This compound is valuable for research into the mechanisms of substrate recognition and the functional properties of RNA triphosphatases.
