N3-CMC

Click Chemistry Reagent

N3-CMC is a click chemistry reagent featuring an azide group that facilitates ring strain-promoted alkyne-azide cycloaddition (SPAAC) with DBCO or BCN-containing molecules. Additionally, N3-CMC can participate in copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition (CuAAc) with alkynes. This reagent specifically reacts with pseudouridine (Ψ)-containing RNA, enabling the biotin conjugation to N3-CMC-Ψ RNA through click chemistry. This application allows for the quantitative analysis of dynamic changes in Ψ, making it a valuable tool in RNA research.
