N3-L-Cit-OH is a click chemistry reagent featuring an azide functional group. It is designed for the construction of peptidomimetic antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs) through copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition (CuAAc) with alkyne-containing substrates. Additionally, N3-L-Cit-OH can participate in ring strain-promoted alkyne-azide cycloaddition (SPAAC) with DBCO or BCN groups, making it a versatile tool for bioconjugation applications in chemical biology and drug development.
